Take a Break.
Its been a while since we talked, and I’m bursting with a bunch of crap I want to share with you, but I’m going to keep it short because a) I want to spend the little free time I have with actual people and b) I don’t think its fair to punish you guys just because I’ve been busy.
I haven’t been shopping in over a month, I mean not even online shopping which I’m not sure has happened since I discovered online shopping. But no matter how much work I have, I still have to find the time to look good. This first look is one from a few weeks agos, and it’s possibly one of my new favorite looks. The skirt was on discount at guess, and I picked it up for 30$. I didn’t try it on so I certainly didn’t expect it to look this good.
Guess skirt - 30$
Bebe sweater - 35$
This next outfit is perfect for drinking margaritas on the beach. I love the sweater. I found it at Target years ago for super cheap, and to this day I still love it. The dress was a steal, I mean I actually stole it. They had wrongfully priced it at 20$ (the others were being sold for 60$), so when I went to pay, I informed the sales girl that lawfully, she had to give it to me for the advertised price, and of course she did. There is no better deal than taking advantage of someone else’s mistake.

Believe me, not all of us are fully active and can make the time all the time for posting blog material. Heck, I haven’t made a YouTube video or anything real recent in my blog. So no worries, Monie. We’re all human.
As for your two looks here, I’m not sure how to describe that top. Is that a dropped shoulder top or something? It’s lovely. I haven’t been trained in fashion myself, so I was unsure about the black tights + the bone-colored pumps (though those pumps are cute). The other look is very nice. I’m not crazy over Converses, but the look all comes together very nicely.
